Here’s an interesting collection of Gen Y related articles I have rounded up in the last couple of weeks.
And yes, I promise there will be a real post written by me soon. I’ve been a very busy bee lately and I’m dying to tell you guys all about it!
Don’t forget to follow me on Twitter for all the latest updates on this blog, my freelance writing business with fellow writer Caroline, and any cool or interesting stuff I find.
And so, without further ado, here is some Gen Y Link love for your reading pleasure.
Generacion Y (spanish) - This is the world famous blog of award winning Cuban writer Yoani Sanchez, where she calls out the Cuban government on their atrocities and reaches out to Gen Y Cubans. A true testament to the power of social media, by the time the Cuban government found out about Generacion Y it was too late for them to do anything about it. Yoani was already known world wide, had won several awards, and the world was learning the truth about Cuba. Imprisoning her with the countless other political prisoners would have only fueled the fire. This blog is particularly important to me because my parents are Cuban. They, along with millions of others, were forced to leave their home country because of the torment communist dictatorship brought upon their nation.
