9 Happiness Posts That Will Cheer You Up When You Are Overwhelmed

Between work (my actual job and the side job) and my semblance of a social life I have been living in an absolute blur. Add on top of this planning trips for two weddings that are taking place on the other side of the country and I’m a little frazzled.

The good news is that I am growing quite the savings and I’ve even begun meditating a little every night (which by the way is a phenomenal way to unwind). The bad news is I find myself very stressed and as previously mentioned, I can’t seem to figure out when work stops and life begins. This in combination with things that are out of my control has made me a little crazy this week. Flustered even.

In lieu of the long weekend I will attempt to fix this tonight at a bar with some friends, however I know this will not completely mend my frustrations. I also know that with a new week comes new stress, so I figured I would search the web for some helpful blog posts for when we all feel overwhelmed.

  1. I find I have to travel every few months just to experience something new and be refreshed in my work. I guess everyone has to find that activity they love and make time to do it to find some joy in life.
