Between work (my actual job and the side job) and my semblance of a social life I have been living in an absolute blur. Add on top of this planning trips for two weddings that are taking place on the other side of the country and I’m a little frazzled.
The good news is that I am growing quite the savings and I’ve even begun meditating a little every night (which by the way is a phenomenal way to unwind). The bad news is I find myself very stressed and as previously mentioned, I can’t seem to figure out when work stops and life begins. This in combination with things that are out of my control has made me a little crazy this week. Flustered even.
In lieu of the long weekend I will attempt to fix this tonight at a bar with some friends, however I know this will not completely mend my frustrations. I also know that with a new week comes new stress, so I figured I would search the web for some helpful blog posts for when we all feel overwhelmed.

I find I have to travel every few months just to experience something new and be refreshed in my work. I guess everyone has to find that activity they love and make time to do it to find some joy in life.
I’m hoping to do some side traveling this year for that very reason. Of course that would put a dent in my savings
