One of the core principles of Grad Meets World is that good health is the foundation of a happy life. We all know the benefits of regular exercise, yet we come up with every excuse in the book not to get off our behinds and move. Excuses are as follows:
I'm on vacation and don't feel like getting up. (Guilty)
I have no time.
I have work/school/family/something else.
Working out is for fit people. (Really? How do you think they got there?)
I travel a lot for work and can't fit it in.
I hate fitness.
It's too expensive.
Well ladies and gents, I have found a solution for us all. Over my vacation when I didn't feel like moving a muscle in my body I compiled a YouTube playlist for my lazy days. Below you'll find a list of some of my favorite YouTube fitness stars (along with one of my favorite videos) that help me get in shape on days when I don't feel like doing anything.
