We’ve been together a little over a month. To be honest I’d been wanting to write about this stuff for a while, I just didn’t know how to approach it (this post alone took me about three weeks to compile before I was happy with it lol).

As always I’ll definitely be getting inspiration from my actual life in order to come up with blog topics. If I’m going through it someone else must be too, right? :)

Posts about love always tend to leave me in the dust since I’ve never been with anyone before. So it’s interesting to read, but I can’t seem to relate to it. :3

But I’m definitely looking forward to hearing more about your personal relationship – if you decide to blog about it! How long have you and your BF been together now?

Like you I mostly blog about money and career, but after interviewing so many job candidates I realized how intertwined everything really is. Above all I realized how it all started with the concept of self-love and how it causes them to struggle in ever part of their lives – especially romantic relationships.

I just had to grow a pair and blog about it haha.

Thanks for your support as always!

I know that you and I write a lot about money, career and personal development, but love is a key aspect of that too- so glad you wrote a piece about it! For the first time in a long time, I’m focusing on the whole picture of having a passionate, happy life- not just working myself to the bone with school and career. A good relationship, no matter what the past has been like, is key and can happen. I so believe this. :)

Sometimes when I meet people that are frustrated in love, it’s good to remind them (and ourselves) that love starts within, as cheesy as that sounds. It starts by first demanding more, forgiving past transgressions, being clear about what you want but being open to new formats to how that can come into your life. Love can be found on one’s own path, through a friend, by adopting a pet or child, by donating your time or simply by focusing on cultivating relationships you already have and breathing new life into them.

You are a rockstar, as always Amanda!
