Through Grad Meets World I’ve been able to do a lot of things. The most important of which was to start getting a handle on my own quarter life crisis. This included overcoming my perceived expectations and really digging deep to find what I truly needed in order to start getting my life together. Since then I’ve been able to overcome many of my obstacles – from getting a job and getting my finances in order to overcoming my crippling anxiety and fear. I’ve also helped several other people do the same through the blog and through the first ebook, Grad Meets World: The First Year Out of College.

Now I want to take it a step further. In 2011 I started dabbling into the idea of coaching. I even took a couple of people under my wing to start developing some sort of a program to help millenials with their QLC. I put it on the back burner in order to focus on the ebook, but the fire remains: my passion is to help others in my generation live a life with less anxiety over the unknown and more confidence within themselves. These two concepts alone can drastically change your QLC as you conquer your fears and start taking action toward your goals.

As a result of this burning desire, 2012 will be dedicated to develop a program to help YOU: the millenial with lots of big ideas, the millenial that wants to let go of their expectations, the millenial that wants to kick ass at a job interview, the millenial that wants to explore what makes them tick, the millenial that wants to kick their inner critic in the gonads.

I am a perpetual student of personal development and through my own encounters I have found methods that have helped me get a handle on my emotions and get to work on cultivating the habits I would like in my life. Now, I want to develop a program to share these methods and techniques with you all.

Of course, things are very much in development. I will be taking only a handful of people during this stage so they can help me create a program that is fitting for our generation. Throughout the process I will be giving free coaching sessions to further refine the program. If you would like to potentially be one of my first students or would like to get free coaching tidbits in your inbox, please sign up using the form below.

With your help and input I will be able to create a program that will help members of our generation succeed in letting go of their fears, cultivate their passions and reach their goals. I look forward to this adventure and I hope you all will join me.
